Data collected: name, email, phone, government ID, transaction records. Retained for 7 years per regulatory requirement. Encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256.
Unified Chain reserves the right to freeze accounts under active compliance review. All disputes are governed under US federal law and subject to binding arbitration.
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking pixels. Third-party scripts are limited to our fraud-detection vendor (Sardine) and our analytics provider (Plausible, privacy-first).
You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time via support@unifiedchain.online, subject to regulatory hold obligations.
Fee schedules are posted in the app and updated with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Verification applied to every account
Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) plus a live selfie match via our biometric verification partner.
Unified Chain complies with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), FinCEN regulations, and applicable state money-transmitter laws. Every account undergoes identity verification before any funds move.
Suspicious activity is reported automatically to FinCEN via SAR filings. Accounts flagged by our AI monitoring are reviewed by a licensed compliance officer within one business day.
Proof of address dated within 90 days — utility bill, bank statement, or official government mail. PO boxes are not accepted.

Accounts transacting above $5,000 monthly require a source-of-funds declaration. Enhanced due diligence applies to politically exposed persons.
